How can I sync my subscriptions across devices?
Subtrack automatically syncs subscriptions across all your devices. You don't need to enable iCloud syncing separately. Please make sure that iCloud is enabled on your devices. To know how to enable iCloud or check if it is enabled, Click here.
I can't get my subscriptions to sync across devices.
What should I do?
The initial sync takes some time to finish (This also depends on your internet connection) so please wait a few seconds for sync to finish when you open the app for the first time. If you still can't get subscriptions to sync, Please go to Settings → Advanced → Force iCloud Sync to manually sync data. If you're still facing issues, Kindly Contact me.
Do you collect my personal data?
Subtrack doesn't collect any of the user's personal data. You can read the privacy policy by Clicking here.
Do I have to purchase PRO version for all my devices separately?
No. The PRO in-app purchase is a one time purchase which works across all your devices. Once purchased, You'll be able to use it on multiple devices with the same apple id. Just restore your purchases on new devices to enable PRO. You can enable it by going to Settings → Upgrade → Restore
Is there a family version for Subtrack?
Yes. With the release of version 1.1, A family upgrade in-app was added to Subtrack. The family version in-app purchase enables the PRO functionalities. This in-app is not limited to a single apple ID and can be shared upto 6 iCloud Family members.
Is there a way to export my subscriptions?
Subtrack has export feature which lets you export all your added subscriptions as a CSV(Excel) file. To export subscriptions, Go to Settings → Export as CSV
